An important healthcare supplier wanted to ensure 100% distribution of the most imortant SKU´s within on of their most well established brands. 100% distribution = the products are on the shelves in all pharmacies where they are listed. Frequently, products have less than 100% distribution despite agreed central listings and agreements with the pharmacy chains.
Result
Blue Ocean Sales sales team managed to increase distribution, through careful and continuos monitoring. By following up on planograms, presenting sales arguments and reminders, when out of stock situations occured, increased distribution was achieved. Three out of four SKU´s reached 100% distribution in one of the major pharmacy chains. In addition, distribution increased overall. We provide detailed reports on distribution to the client which often gives them reason for action towards the phamarcies´ category managers.
